The BT-2000 applies the state-of the-art metal detection technology that is called "SEVAScan" and can differentiate weapons from harmless metal objects such as cell phones, keys, beverage cans and other small metal objects that are traditionally known to set off the majority of other metal detection systems.
The BT-2000 comes with the standard feature of capturing and storing an intruder's photographic images in a built-in memory chip, which later can be used to identify the intruder, and also, as hard evidence in court.
The BT-2000 also offers a wider walk-through access area which is wide enough to accommodate large objects such as a wheelchair.
